All of our base packages include full proposal coordination and consulting, which covers:
• Engagement consulting via phone or text
• Pre-coordination: brainstorming, planning and researching the best ideas
• Day-of coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Day-of setup, including beach blankets, flower arrangements and more
• Selection of the perfect romantic Kauai location, from crashing waves to secluded beaches
• Shells and small decorative touches (like faux crystals)
We’ve created four base Kauai proposal packages as flexible starting points. Think of them as a foundation you can fully customize. Add or remove any element you like to create a proposal that truly reflects you. To create your personalized package, simply add or subtract items from our A La Carte menu – it’s that easy. Kauai Event Locations: With all the Kauai family photo packages above,
we will help to guide you in choosing an outdoor location that best fits your
needs.
State Beach Permit: There is a fee added for a state-mandated permit for
all Kauai weddings on the beach. Beaches are public land. For 9 or less
people, it costs $60; for 10 or more people, it costs $85.
Travel Fee: There is a travel fee $95 for weddings south/west of Lihue, and
$85 for north of Anahola.
Finance Charges: Charges over $250 paid via PayPal are subject to a 4%
fee which we are charged by those financial institutions.
Mandatory Hawaii State GET: On behalf of the State of Hawaii, as with all
businesses here, we collect the GET (General Excise Tax) of 4.71% which
is charged on the total.
